    I believe the doors and lids are aluminum, but I may be mistaken

    Doors only . . . but this feature would be carried over on all coupes and convertibles from MY '96-on.

    Another key detail is that the MY '95s have 3.0 liter motors that are still OBDI-compliant ---- much easier to tune than the later 3.2 liter OBDII cars.
