Any other ex-Boy Scouts among us??

Since I just happen to come across this while cleaning out my home office and it being LeMans weekend I figured I would post this.

Pictures of August 1971 issue of Boys' Life with an article by Ken Purdy about LeMans and Porsche's.

I originally bought it many years ago off eBay being an Eagle Scout and Porsche guy, how could I not?

    Boys Life

Forgot about one of my old favorite mags. I am also an Eagle Scout and porsche guy. Great stuff. Thanks for posting - I am going to search for the mag issue.

I am also an Eagle scout (1969) but by 1971 I was into R. Crumb and Zap Comix. Boy's Life had been left far behind.

Did Pee Wee Harris do the interview with Ken Purdy? Looks like it was a great issue!

Anyone else remember the National Lampoon parody of Boys Life? It was a hoot!
