    FS - Pre A Race Car -1951

My Father just informed me he has started the process to sell his 1951 Pre A race car. The car is invited to particpate for it's fourth time at the Monterey Historics in August. He bought the car in 1977, we Vintage Raced it through the late 70's and into the 80's. Since the 90's it's been in semi-retirement, replaced by more purpose built and less significant cars.

The history on this car is incredible. One of the early steel cars, drilled and lightened at the factory in Germany. Still with crashbox transmission, great fun to drive if you can shift without syncro's..

If anyone is interested in talking with Dad about the car, please pm me and I'll get you the contact info.

Sorry to see this one go, always hoped I could nab it for myself..
