    '66 912 Right Hand Drive

I was at Rich Lambert's shop in Fort Worth picking up my car on Sunday and got a few pictures of this 912 that has been here in Texas for many years.

It was on the Porsche stand at the Johannesburg Auto Show in '66 and has several interesting factory installed options including wood dash trim, full interior carpeting and an outside temperature gauge. The deep six Fuchs were a later addition as the car was delivered with painted steel wheels and hubcaps.

The red seats are in near perfect condition as they have always been covered up with sheepskins.

Note the reverse right hand drive beam fluting for the headlights.

Wow, nice 912. I like the red interior and the outside temp gauge in the dash...very cool.

Some day I'm going to have to meet this Rich Lambert guy.
