    Monterey Historics Entry List

    Hey guys,

    If your going to the Historics this is worth a look.

    You can find it at: montereyhistoric.com, then go to "participants", then "entry list", then to "file download"

    And if your not going this is what you'll miss: (18) 356 +or-, (4) 904, (6) Spyders/RSKs +or-, (10) early 911s +or-, (2) 914/6GTs, (3) Abarths, (8) RSRs, (4) 906s, (3) 910s, (6) 908s, (4) 917Ks, (1) 917PA, (2) 934s, (17) 935s, and (19) 962s!

    1965 911 #301111, Red Book Vol 1 "Cover Car," owned 54 years.
    1967 911 #307347, bare-bones, some road wear, a little surface rust, and a few dents..., owned 14 years.
    1970 914/6GT, (Sold - ran the last three Rennsports)owned 30 years.

    Calling John Dilger:

    remember in the movie "Jaws" when one of the characters sees the shark for the fiirst time, turns white and stammers: "we're gonna need a bigger boat".

    With that number of Porsches already registered,...... "we're gonna need a bigger issue of the ESSES" to contain all those images of all those cars.

    Seriously, I think plans should be for something big, fitting and comprehensive. This only happens once every ten years or so.
