    2.8 or 2.6 parts

Up for sale: Complete package of NOS mahle 92 mm pistons matched with new cylinders from LN Engineering and heads with resized spiggots and ported to 38 mm on the intakes (stock 35 exhaust).

Pistons are the real 2.8 items so compression works out in the perfect when used with a short stroke crank for a 2.6L displacement. The 2.6 short stroke is a respected combo and here is all the parts needed to update your 2.0-.4 to a real screamer. The P&Cs are new perfect while one of the heads has a few chipped fins in one corner. The heads clearly have very few hours (intakes are spotless) and were going to be used as is (but should be checked).

PRICE REDUCTION!! Total package cost of $3500+ shipping. It don't get much cheaper than this just for the P&Cs. The already cut to size heads are free!

There is a basket case twin cam with my name on it, so these parts need to go! A TC just seems more at home in a 912 than a 2.8 - but I can live with a 2.8 if no one wants these parts!

    Marco:
To be honest, I don't remember. I called Andial a while back and I can't remember if I actually bought them. I will check the bin when I get home.

Yes, there are rings: two (2x) 1.5 mm compression and a 3 mm oil control.
