71 dashboard speaker grill repair help needed

The speaker grill in the dashboard has four embedded screws that screw into plastic holders that fit into the frame of the dashboard. All four of the plastic holders have dried out and broken on my 71.

Anybody figured out a repair for this? couldn't find anything with search

Believe, it or not, I have used wall plug anchors. Mine are blue and they go into sheetrock to hold a screw. Sounds silly, but it works. Just make sure to get the right size. Take the speaker grill to the hardware store to fit it properly. The length is not that important as you can trim it to fit.
