That'd be the last Sunday of the month and VCR hasn't seen a good Pcar showing in some time....just a thought...

VCR is Village Coffee Roasters. They're the host of the Calabasas Sunday car show. With the last Sunday of the month known as Super Sunday.

    Okay Dave. Back on track.

The July Porsche Coffee meet location is at Curt's newish Car Storage Facility in Pasadena. The directions to his new facility is next door to the former car storage facility. Meet at his place around 7am.

    Directions:
110 Freeway north to the very end at Arroyo Parkway. Continue north to 491 Arroyo Parkway; on the left just south of the Whole Foods Market.

Light refreshments will be served; bring some small bills/large change to help offset Curt's hospitality.

    See ya then,
    Sherwood

PS: Pass this along to others who might be interested.

Seems like there might be some dead time after Curt's visit and before Dave's ride.

May I suggest spending some time just a few miles south of Curt's for South Pasadena's annual Clean-Air Car Show and Film Festival.

    http://aqmd.gov/news1/2008/08sopascarshow.html and
    http://events.pe.com/south-pasadena-...eenliving-expo

Among the interesting vehicles on display (mostly low/no emission) is this one:

"In addition to the clean-air vehicles, the California Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair, will display a gas-powered Acura Integra illegally modified for street racing that causes greatly increased pollution."

Now that's something many of us can relate to.

What are the hours of Super Sunday?

Do I have time to go to Curt's, then VCR?

From VCR to lunch to Dave B./WCM drive?

I might as well really make a WHOLE day of it

    Ray,

Calabasas starts early as well... but 'they' stick around till about 11:00 or so...

You can do it ALL my friend...

Calabasas is close to me ... so I might skip Curt's

It will be HOT in 'the Valley' and in the hills tomorrow !!!!!!
