    911 Coupe roof/ski rack pricing

Just got this early roof rack minus mounting racks. I sacrificed a rain gutter Thule rack and came up with this (see pictures). Have RSR front and rear bumpers and ducktail coming, however it has been suggested to me that the rack might be a little too busy for my car. I want to advertise in classifieds but truly don't know what the value is.
The original chrome is in very good shape and rack was not altered in any way for the custom mounts. So what do you think?
    Thx all.

I remember seeing a FS post of an original factory roof rack, all complete in good condition selling for $2K or something. Let me try to find it and post a link.
