WTB: SWB gas tank for my '68

I need a decent usable SWB tank for a '68.

I removed the tank and started to clean it as recomended with the POR-15 system. Unfortunately, the PO must have used some type of sealer inside........which is only partially coming off. It is in sheets of what can best be described as a "leafy material". I'm concerned that I could never get it all out, so I'm looking for a clean replacement tank.

Tank would need shipped to mid-atlantic area.

    Thanks,
