    Ok, more like this very early Recaro. Thinly padded, sort of reclined, no separate inserts for back or bottom, shallow.

    Might be. Here's a deep Spyder seat. The profile of the right bolster looks very much the same as your rsr photo.

    race bucket

    Id like to know more about this Recaro bucket. It came from a 911 race car. Note the cloth and roving construction and 2 holes for rivets in seat corners.
