    Ex Laguna Seca Track car

Recently bought an updated Miami Vice style 72 T that I knew very little about.
Started selling off the parts I didn't need and the person that originally put it together saw the ads and contacted me. He built it about 25 years ago and used to track it on the weekends at laguna Seca.
I have never had so much fun. It's got all the neat early handling stuff like Koni adjustables, Turbo suspension and brakes, adjustable sways, etc. It is no show pony any more though(mainly why it is so much fun), but it goes fast and handles like a slot car. The color get thumbs up every time it's out. I have owned Pcars costing 5 times what I paid for this and not got as much attention. Thought for sure it was a Porsche Mexico Blue or possibly Pastel. Turns out neither, but something very close to inbetween the two. It was one of the earliest Dupont Emron colors. I ultimately had to have it color matched. Will update with more pictures once the Fiberglass RSR stuff is painted.
I have back dated most of the interior and have the other correct early bits on the way, pulled all the 89 Turbo crud, deleted the mirrors and rockers, added a Talbot, chrome sugar scoops, and have a set of 17" wheel halves on the way for the rears so I can actually buy tires for it.
I am just rambling now, but I wanted to get some pictures up somewhere as It is finally at a stage for before and afters... thx all.

ditto - cool car and color. It's going to be even cooler once you bring it back to 72 body specs but with the rear flares. Saw your car on another thread with the roof rack on it and didn't look right but it may after the backdate.

Very nice. Love the new look over the old. I'm in the same boat, though mine isn't nearly the beast yours is. Yet!

edit - Love the new look you have given it, which is an older date look, as opposed the the previous look, which was newer date, but previous to this look. I think I just made it more confusing. Looks better now than before. How's that?
