Does anyone know how they did the door handles? Are these completely custom fabricated pieces, or something that might be available for purchase?

I can't see it weel enough to see what you are talking about - but if they are drilled. I took mine to a machine shop, blasted, painted then clear coat.

Seems the car was purchased in CA and recently spent some time in NC before this offering. Interesting piece.

Don - Those look very slick, but I was talking about the interior lever/handles that are shown in the photo below. Seeing the prior thread on the car, I suspect these were fabricated by Marco, so perhaps TLG can make a set.

This is the car Marco built and sold to someone on the east coast through Auto Kennel. Interesting that it's back on the west coast.

    Mighty pricey in these times.

    Interesting Differences

Marco's car had ventless windows on the doors.
This has vented windows on the doors.
    Wheels have different finish.
A lot of different decals applied.

Should be something a machine shop could do for under $100. I have straps (RS) for the door release - and I like them a lot. Really adds to the "spartan" feel of the car. More of a true sports car feel. So do the plexiglass windows with leather straps to raise them and a finger pull to lower them. I had a 60 (first generation) Austin Healy 3000 - it had a wire cable inside the door for the release and side curtains. This takes me back to it.
