    Fs: 1967 911S Sunroof Coupe

For sale is a 1967 911S Sunroof coupe with original matching numbers drivetrain. Originally polo red. I purchased the car with the intention of a complete restoration. I just have too many things going on to start a new project.

The car is very well sorted mechanically. The engine underwent a complete rebuild not so long ago and is now a 2.5L short stroke. It runs smooth and strong. The car rides and drives very well. The car is certainly a good starting point for a complete restoration but also makes a nice solid driver as is.

Additional info and pics on request. I can be reached at 225 892 8425

    $45,000

Seems like a nice driver/restoration candidate at a very attractive price. I'd be all over this one but too many cars right now.

    Good luck with the sale.

I'll take it!... ...now that's one line I would like to pull on something like this, being the first to grab a good deal when you see one. however not anytime soon could I afford this car....back to reality

I dont see much wrong with this car except wrong rocker trim and front bumper trim, if its a factory sunroof and not dealer installed, this makes for a great coupe to own and drive... 2.5L....that's gotta be a kick in the pants.

good luck...wish i was the new custodian

    Thanks for the kind words

Thanks guys for the kind words and best wishes. The price is just what I have in the car and I hope to move it on without too much dancing.

To answer some PM. The car is a factory sunroof car and it is listed on the CoA, which is with the car. The engine case and stamp appear to be the factory original.

The car has some obvious incorrect exterior trim as mentioned and a few pieces of the interior door "S" trim are also missing. I could not find any significant rust, but as most of you know that may not be the case if and when all the paint is removed. I feel like it had some rust repairs when the color change occured. The door gaps are poor, this may be just an adjustment issue. The doors close and latch fine.

I will get some more photos this evening.

    Thanks

    Gary
