Here is a picture of gulf blue I got off of Pelican....Looking at it, it seems to have a "whiter" hue and flatter (less depth) to my Pastel blue...

    Why?

I don't quite understand all the bumping of old threads lately...is there nothing new worth discussing around here.

This thread, for instance. Originally posted by a guy who left and deleted all his posts, had only 3 replies until now. And this board has several other very good threads about exactly the same topic.

Sonnet - per the tag line above your avatar (been here a while), you clearly have a different perspective.

As a somewhat newer member, I for one kind of like to see the old threads bumped from time to time. Old prices, old topics, cars brought back to life and seeing where they are today etc etc. I know the threads are all there if I want to dive in and research them, but the randomness of someone else selecting which one to resurrect is kind'a neat. Like the Forest Gump "box of chocolates" analogy.

    Didn't see that one --- yet . . . I'm reading from back-to-front, starting with the oldest posts, so . . .

Other than how air from an original VP tire is going for $500 or that non matching T with rust (but no sunroof) is reserved at $50K - not much
