    Le Man's Jacket

Men's size large, but I'm 5'10" and 180 and it's too small for me (sleeves too short, I'm a 34 shirt)

New, never used except to try on once. In perfect condition. $150 shipped.

Here's a free Sunday morning bump for Shaun... hope you don't mind!

This is a very nice jacket in that "Lemans spirit" made a few years back by some guys called "Grad Prix Originals". It uses very good materials and it's very well made and very comfortableto wear. I know, as I have one just like that!
As you can check on any period picture, the LeMans colours are red and a different kind of (more electric) blue, instead of this black and blue combination, so this is not a copy of those Steve McQueen jackets. This one is a bit more discreet, retaining that same spirit.
Although some other "Grand Prix" jacket models are still available sale, the new ones NO LONGER have the original Firestone logo (maybe because of copyright infringments) but some logo that could resemble that on first sight but that says "Grand Prix" meaning... nothing actually... and they cost 150EURO + shipping so this sounds like a good deal!

Could you measure the length of the sleeve from the shoulder stiching to the end of the cuff please?

Mike, it's a 32/25 jacket. Collar to cuff is 32, should to cuff is 25.

Jay, photo is there. I don't know why you can't see it. Is anyone else not able to?

Thank you Vasco for the good description. yes, this is a very well made jacket, there are similar ones that are cheaply made copies.

EG, I guess I should have taken French instead of German, LOL, my apologies for the typo. At least I can make a decent cassoulet (parsnips and apples add an earthy sweetness to the creamy beans) though I typically pair it with a big Napa Cab than a burgundy. Philistine, I know.

Just to be clear what are the materials used and is the back of the jacket plain or any logos?

Mike, the back is bare, no logos. outer shell is 100% cotton, lining is nylon, fill is polyester.

    Shaun

I'd like this jacket but I think it is going to be a tad too small for me too. I have compared the measurements you gave with two of my own jackets and it is slightly smaller/shorter than mine. A bit too much to risk without actually trying it on. Thank you for your time in replying with all the details. Sorry

Thanks Mike. I think this jacket is perfect for the "stout" standard medium fellow.
