    Nice great color 71 T targa

    I am selling this for a local friend here in the Coeur d Alene/Spokane area. The car was purchased by her and her husband in 1972 and has all records since then. Most of the early service was done at the then Porsche dealership Valley Porsche-Audi in Spokane WA. After her husbands passing, the car went into storage until 2005 when I helped resurect it. There appears to be one respray on the front of the car and possibly the rest as well. I have not reviewed when the paint work was done, but it was done nicely and many years ago...early 80's. No rust issues, the 2.2 engine runs well and strong lower end torque as all T's should. The 901 shifts smoothly and the original Zeniths are well calibrated. The whole fuel system has been gone through, fuel tank cleaned and lined, brakes rebuilt and full service done recently. As you can see from the photos, the car looks very presentable for an unmolested, well documented early car. Not a concourse queen, but certainly a nice looking early 911 in a fantastice color combo of Gold Metallic and black. If you are intereted, please send me an email at swb911@gmail.com

    Could be your camera, my monitor or my eyes but the two photos out of the sun sure give the impression of olive, whereas the one in the sun does look gold. Would it be possible to know the colour tag code number?

    Mike, it is gold metallic. I pulled these photos of her car from a recent PCA drive to her lake house in Coeur D Alene. They may be from different cameras.
