WTB; cross over hard line rear brakes

I would like to buy a 901.355.627.01 for my 1971 911S. Its listed at pelican, but when ordered I got a out of stock message. Porsche in Norway is also NLA. Must be in near perfect used or NOS shape.

    John,

Crossover hard line for "rear" brakes on a 71?

Do you mean just the hardline? Those calipers should be rear m-calipers with no crossover lines.

    Pic?

O.K. I'll take a swing of the bat.
Are you needing the line from the tunnel to the rear calipers? Of course there are 2, one short (length challenged) for the right side and longer for left. I have a "T" if that helps.

From the part # it looks like he needs a hard line from the central T (front to L & R splitter) to the left flex line. Not a line on the caliper.

Ahhhhhh. Sorry I'm no help. I had to bend a generic straight one from a local parts store. Somehow even using a bender it didn't look factory although there was no line there to use as a comparison.

    brakes

You might check COHLINE, they are a german company. I got a complete brake line set 6 or 7 years ago for something like $20.00. The lines I got were all straight, you had to bend them yourself, but maybe they have bent ones also? The main brake line was bent in a soft U to aid in shipping, but it was easy to straighten and it was in the tunnel anyway. Also many companies make stainless steel lines, maybe good for Norway?

    Hard Line

If the original line was the green nylon coated Bundy tube I have around 200 4 metre lengths which I bought a while ago.

It is double wall and zinc coated before the nylon is coated.

If flares without removing the nylon and we use it for making compensating lines for Aluminium S Calipers and for all of the hardline in a 911.

I would be happy to coil a couple of lengths and post them to Norway.

It bends easily and a small hand bender works well to form this tube.
