    I'll be there as a photographer and hope to bring some friends as well. One of the best events there are.

    I plan on being there - camping in Maison Blanche along with a large group of DDK members in early Porsches.

    Each event has seen an increase in attendance by DDK. Last year I think about 35 early cars travelled from the UK and next year could be over 40. We all (most) camp together and the whole thing is great.

    Keep in touch John and we should meet up if you are coming over. Warm welcome, cold beers and always a few barbeques on the go every night in the campsite

    yep , i have been talking to a few ddk crew re ; catching a lift to classic as it's far more interesting when your with porsche people .
    i will be in the UK ( as a base ) for 6-7 weeks to catch all the events ;
    -24hrs lemans
    -classic lemans
    - goodwood
    -porsche factory and museum
    - hopefully a group c race
    and any other porsche events running ,as theres no point flying for 28hrs just to see one thing ... so i look forward to catching up with the international 911s members .

    I will go too, hope to meet ddks (I want a T-shirt this year ) and early911s there.

    2008 was my first Classic LM and there was too much for me to see I just could not cope, finding photo spots (need help on this), keeping with all races etc..., doing a lap in the long circuit surounded by 911s was great.

    I would add also to the list, if possible, the Marathon race held on Friday at Nordschleife as part of the OTGP (OldTimerGrandPrix) event, late July early August, you will see long hoods and 904 really racing vs Alfas, Aston Martins, etc. in one of the nicest circuits to race and to watch.

    Found a 4 bedroom house, 20 miles from downtown Le Mans for rent at 430 Euro. $600 for one week, or less than $100 a night, for a 4 bedroom. Not bad. Thats $25 per night per room.
    ST PIERRE DES BOIS near Le Mans. Dates are July 9th - 11th. Look forward to it. Hope I can make it.
