    13x15 Fuchs...do they exist?

I'm in contact with a guy that has a set of very wide fuchs. The fronts are 11X15, and the rear ones are 13X15 (?).
I'm waiting t oreceive photos of wheels and codes, but never heard of the existence of a 13X15 fuchs.
Are they original or "widened" ones?

How much would you offer for them (11x15 and 13x15), provided they are original and in good condition?

    Thank you,
    Andrea

I have heard of 13" Fuchs wheels, but all of them were widened. To my knowledge the 11" x 15 Fuchs wheel is the widest of all.

Be sure to look carefully at the part #'s and size designations on the back sides. Both the 11's and 13's could have been made by widening. A lot depends on originality and the quality. Hope they are not cast replicas.

Porsche used 15 x 14 on rear of 74 RSR (not IROC) these were weld up wheels. The factory 15 x 11's are worth $5-7K and pair depending on condition. FWIW I just sold a set of widened 15 x9 and 15 x 11 for $2200 that needed to be refinished.

I have a pair made by DP Motorsport. They have 7" backspacing. I saw another pair a few years back that had the stock 5" backspacing.

The widest Fuchs were the 11s. Porsche went to center lock hubs and wheels when they needed wider wheels. Usually cast magnesium.
Fuchs were widened starting in 74 with the introduction of the wider fenders. Making it easier for independents to put on wider tires without adding the centerlock hubs. Also many Tuners used them. We see quite a few come through. Here is a 14.

Hi I just got a set of these 13x15 Fuchs with 345-35 zr15 tires on them for what I believe was a good deal

What do I need to know about setting up a car to run these other than wide fenders.... They look massive

They have no welds to widen them, they fully appear to be cast as one part, theres even a part number on the back

    13JX - 15 - 52

    Thanks
