I know the feeling your talking about. Leatherique has a cleaner that works pretty good removing all that stuff, oil and armor all etc. I had a patch on my dash I think was from the previous owner trying to use a really crappy leather conditioner on it. It was really slick and discolored the entire area it always felt greased. No matter what I used I couldn't get it off. Found out about leatherique and ordered the cleaner and gone. If I could figure out a way to ship a small tube of liquid I would. Just not sure how legal that is these days.

Pristine Clean or something like that. That stuff has removed so much stuff from leather dashes, vinyl etc. Its the best! I wish I knew what it was so I could find it locally and cheaper but whatever it is . it works.
