    911R Horn Switch?

Wasn't the 911R horn actuated by a push button switch mounted on the dashboard, instead of on the steering wheel itself?

I assume it was a momentary on/off type. Does anyone know the Manufacturer or original source of this horn push button switch?

    Best Regards,
    Andy

Yes, it was mounted on the left hand end of the dash - here's a photo courtesy of Ernie Wilberg:

I think I've got a couple of NOS ones somewhere ...

    Me too

I'm interested to buy one if someone has one. I have a Les Leston steering wheel mounted in our 1968 911 and need a horn button to activate it. The 911R version would be the most suitable, of course.

Please let me know if you have one available.

Raj, did you receive the 1969 sunvisors?

    Best Regards,
    Andy

Andy - sorry, I didn't get a chance to have a look yet.

I'm off to Germany in the morning but will find them towards the end of next week & get back to you.
