2 Pair of S Alum Calipers

I have 2 pair of nice S calipers. They have not been cleaned because I dont want to use something that will mess up the anodizing. All 4 of these are in very good shape and arent all banged up. Anyway, the ones on the green backing are early 69-71 with the cut outs for the pad clips. They dont have the circle with the "x". Asking $375 shipped in the lower 48 for these.

The other ones on the cement, are also in good shape. One has the X and the other doesnt but they are a matching caliper set as far as shape goes.
Thanks to Neunelfers thread on identifying calipers for helping to identify these! Asking $325 shipped in the lower 48 for these.

I have not done anything to these as far as trying to rebuild etc. All I did was buy them with some other parts. Anyway, I will probably keep one pair for my car but I havent decided yet. Thanks!!!

What is the best thing I can use to clean these up? I can clean them to show the condition better. Also, open for offers or possible trades. Looking for widened 15" steelies and also perfect door handle triggers for a 1970. Thanks!

    Cleaning calipers

If I remember correctly, I cleaned these with simple green (or approved equivalent) and a toothbrush. They turned out ok.

Thanks Al, Ill give simple green a shot. Right now I have them in the solvent tank for a few hours. curious to see how well that does. They are really in extremely nice condition with the original cosmioline and dirt. I may keep the one set for my car but since I already have perfectly restored SC calipers Im on the fence. Andrea, simple green is a cleaner that is available here in the states. http://www.simplegreen.com/ Fairly common.
