1976 Porsche 911 Cabriolet orig Turbo Wide Body Car

1976 Porsche 911 Cabriolet orig Turbo Wide Body Car, Whale Tail, Black and Red interior. New Professionally built and installed 300 HP 4.3 Vortec V6 (yes, powered by Chevy). Can not tell until you open the deck lid. Top of the line everything. 4.3 Vortec HEI, LT1 pistons and rods, Edelbrock 4 barrel intake, Edelbrock 4 barrel electric choke carb, Edelbrock roller cam, JBA stainless headers, Taylor wires, C&R electric water pump, Be Cool alum radiator, 2800cfm electric fans. Auto Meter oil pressure guage, MSD Laser temp guage. Alpine CD (detachable face) 4 Infinity 6.5 3-way speakers, Alpine amp, custom sub enclosure 8in JL Audio Sub. 2000 911 wheels with new Kuhmos. New Sachs oem clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and bearing. New dual exhaust Warlock turbo mufflers. New 100 amp alternator serpentine belt. Too much to list, the only thing needed is a new top ($400). Body , paint and interior are very good. Runs and drives perfect. Only about 100 miles on the motor, Joe Gibbs Racing oil. Way more reliable and way cheaper to maintain and more powerful than the high maintenance Porsche (air cooled) motor.

I will consider ALL offers, so don't be shy!

    Steve,

Even though this probably isn't the best venue to show your converted cab.... Plus you probably won't make many friends with

    However,
We still require a stated price, or direct auction link, to cars and parts in our classifieds.

    Thanks

BTW- This board is moderated from CA. the home of Rod Simpson and Renegade Engineering... the two premier V8/Porsche converters. Years ago the POC (Porsche Owners Club) and the V8/Porsches used to have a track day at our local road racing track, Willow Springs. If I recall a converted V8 NEVER beat a comparable HP air cooled Porsche.... NEVER. And, when the time came to go home from the track all the air cools packed up and left, while more then a few V8's went home on flatbeds........ the track day doesn't happen anymore.........

It's nobody's business what cars I own. I will tell you one thing though, they're air cooled and I beat 'em like they owe me money.
