Wanted: Red leather seats for 67/68

I'm working on a 67 that had a red leather interior. I have most of the interior panels and the rear seats that are in usable condition. Lots of wear, but original to the car. The seats are gone. Does anyone have one or two red leather seats? I'm fine with 67 or 68.

Before I went for repro seats I spent a year looking at these.... at the bottom of the page..... They`re as rare as hens dentures but too rich for my blood.

I've been drooling over a combination driver's bucket seat and passenger sports seat from his site for this car. I am also unable to fund these seats. I'm on a budget and I kind of like it that way. We're doing a number of things differently rather than throwing money at them. I'll be posting our progress once we have some to show.

I found an early Scheel seat that cost me $150. I'm thinking about the Scheel, reupholstered by someone local, for the driver and a red leather comfort seat for the passenger. I'd probably put in both comfort seats if I find them and see how I like them.

I too would love to have those seats, but I just can't throw that kind of money at my car when $4500 (+ shipping) can buy an awful lot of other goodies to finish the car.
I bought a pair of Scheels as well for $300 and I will have them recovered in the red for another $1200. Just about a $3000 plus savings to put into the car. We are all on the Ferris-wheel here.
