So the cylinder head stud spacing on these is the "regular" case spacing and not RSR spacing, correct? My understanding is that RSR engines and stock engines have different stud spacings.

    What is the compression ratio?

Head stud spacing is 'regular', ie, works with 7R case. You will need a large spigot case (I have two that I'm selling as well) or will need to have the spigots opened up on a small spigot case. If you have a small spigot 7R case, you'd be better off selling it and buying a large spigot case.

They are 10.3:1 C/R when used with larger RSR heads. A 2.4/2.7L head will require some machine work to lower the compression for use with pump gas. Steve Weiner at Rennsport is very familiar with this.

The 2.8 RSR uses 80mm head stud spacing, same as street engines. The 3.0 RSR uses 83mm head stud spacing. An SC engine uses 86mm spacing.
