    Pic request - hot rod early targa's

    So, it appears that you just wake up one day and decide that you do like Targas...

    Aside from Curt's silver beast (with the killer red interior), I don't recall seeing many "Sport Purpose" modded Targas on the board. Does anybody have any hot rod/R Gruppe/Sport Purpose etc targa pics they can share? I'm thinking lowered stance, bigger wheels, trim delete, side stripes, sport seats etc etc?


    Ps. Years ago I checked out a Sepia 2.4S Targa for sale. Passed because I wanted a coupe and I hated the colour. How things change, I would love to get hold of that car now...

    Maybe Lars will come out of the closet with his ... er, Mona's .... new car. It may set a new standard for hot rod Targas. I've probably already said too much

    OK, Curt...Here is the B.A.T(Big A$$ Targa)....Tony at TLG "found, introduced and fixed us up", made it run(like hell!) and become roadworthy again... John Esposito did "Magic" with cleaning up the bodywork, the ST/RSR bumper grafting and color match to perfection...Mona's cleaning and tire grooving...and woa'la..here she is...I have never been a "Targa-guy" either but I woke-up one morning and realized I am one too.../ Lars...

    Looks greast, but isn't that alot of tire of a targa? no twisting problems? Can you still break the rear away?
