    Refurbishing 5.5's

I'm a big Harvey fan, but his turn-around time is longer than I need for a current project. I have a call in for Al Reed. What about Wheel Enhancement? I never see them mentioned. The cost is $200 per wheel and turn-around time is six weeks.

Update: I checked with Al Reed. His turn-around time is about four weeks and he charges $140 per wheel. Didn't check with Harvey.

    Thanks,
    JohnA

P.S. I know 5.5's are rare - what do they normally sell for?

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.

I recently sold a pair of 5.5's for $375 each, driver quality, not restored. Hope that helps. I have 3 left if someone is looking for singles or a pair.
