Is there a product & process to fill cracks in the rubber window trim at the corners?

    Thanks in advance,

The real answer is to replace the seal.
Many people just pump in sealant materials and find it works. I've been told to avoid silicon as it is difficult to clean up later.
Another common trick is to push 4-5 pieces of string, maybe 4" long, into the corners with a screwdriver. If the gasket has collapsed inwardly so that water is leaking in, this will sometimes enable it to make a proper seal at the edge.
There is one other trick. At the center of the windshield at the top is a sliding piece of trim. Slide it to one side or the other and measure the gap between the two pieces where they come together. Then take a mallet and a piece of wood maybe 8-9 inches long, and 1/2 x 1 inch at one end, and tap on the metal trim in the corner in a direction parallel with the windshield. What you are trying to do is push the trim into the corner, and the rubber gasket with it, so that the gap at the center of the windshield grows. If you're lucky you may get as much as 1/4", meaning that the gasket fits the corners that much better. Actually I thought of this last, but it's the first thing you should do.
