    I talked to the seller. He has no motor for the car, needs paint, otherwise solid with a hole in the drivers side battery box, interior intact.
    He says he has no ides what it is worth, but when I offered him $10k he said I was low.

    I would think that 10K was right at it for a car that needs paint and a motor. I'd be willing to bet that it will need a lot more than that in the end. And it will never be a matching numbers 65 hurting the value as well.

    To respond to a few PM's, I didnt get the guys phone because it came in on a restricted caller ID.
    Didn't get far enough to ask the VIN. He cut me off after a few questions and went right for the offer price. Pretty much hung up on me when I shot him an offer. Sorry. Perhaps someone in LA will post after viewing.
