These are not the recaro Sport Seat bases.
Recaro's have different mounting holes and handle, see attached pictures.
They have different setup for left and right.
The ones offered here, or similar ones are for sale here:

I have this pair, left and right with no sign of tilt handles being removed. I still believe they are made by Recaro for the aftermarket. We need the SSS Police

Yours are not identical to the one that is offered. Your frames have squared edges and round mounting holes. Yours are probably aftermarket recaro unlike the one offered.
Richard
The seat belt mounts are nice.

the base 4-sale is correct. The others don't appear to be what I've seen on older sport seats

I'm sure there's a post by SWBSAM, kapitan of the SSS.
In his absence:
Earliest sport seat bases in 1967 didn't have lockers on the tip brackets, they were essentially an updated Speedster seat bracket. The next version was similar to what 911_2.2T posted, except they were not "handed" in that there was drivers side (left hand) locker release only. In 1968 the tip brackets became handed, so there was locker release handles for both right and left hand release.
In terms of bucket seats, the release handles on factory optional buckets have been similar as described above.
For the aftermarket brackets I've seen, they've all been very similar to the ones pictures by 911_2.2T.
As far as the bracket pictured here at the top.. good looking bracket, but not seen it associated with factory buckets, or sport seats.
In reference to the tabs for seat belt attachment, well please note that the seat belt mounts for SWB cars were essentially screw eyes that were mounted "beneath" the rear seats (for lack of a better description) and didn't need a seat belt mount. Though these mounts are now not approved for tech as they allow the seat belt to ride up too high and the belt could damage internal organs in an accident.
This is all my .02 from owning a lot of seats and brackets, and dedicating time to find out what was offered by the factory.
I'm sure the seat bracket offered here for sale was a Recaro bracket, just not sure for what car.
