Are you putting car in storage for a year? I hope its dry storage,,,,and use fuel stabilizer, don't want to gum up that system now that its all working.

Thanks for the concern, Mr Mayo. Storage is a premium in Boston so my close Porsche friend offered his heated, climate controlled facility to store. And looking forward to drives with his ‘67S and ‘70T out Route 2 (as Magnus Walker did in an episode of “The Next Big Thing”) and New Hampshire/North South Shore MA, etc. Bonding with several Porsche buddies in this area is priceless and worth the years of restoration !!!

Hi Ron !! You know, but I really did drop the ball on this one ..... I have only been to one of their concours several years ago and plain forgot. And Porsche is featured with a 911 class judged !!! I am going with a friend on Saturday and could have driven the car on Sunday. But, hard to plan for so many events when one is based 13 hours away ......

If it helps, I have two slots reserved for the "gathering of marquees" and I almost certainly will only be using one. Not the concours, but a cool to park the car on the track (and the drive down from Lee to LRP can be awesome if you know the right roads). Either way, should be a fun weekend. Rick will be in the parade tomorrow, and the PCA parking lot all weekend.
