I would say the first ones are Gotti and the second set are gaudy.

I very much doubt the gold finished wheels are Gotti.
Real Gotti wheels had forged center sections, a slight dish with almost flat "spokes, the name GOTTI was forged in a small area on one of the spokes and rarely, if ever, had so much offset. In their day Gotti were a strong, legitimate competitor and alternative to the famed BBS forged road wheels. They both had cold-rolled, very strong rim sections, much unlike the cylindrical rims shown in the Original Post photo of the gold finished wheels. Also, please note the number ond type of bolts holding the sections together. ( Please see my attached photo of a known real Gotti wheel for the details).
The wheels shown in the OP may well be three-piece wheels and may vaguuely resemble a Gotti, but the center is a CNC machined billet as opposed to forged, and if you'll notice, the lug nut seating surface is recessed even further into the wheel, creating an even deeper offset. I believe proper fitment would require radical body alterations......again, just assuming, but I believe nothing less than Turbo flares would accomodate these wheels.
Not trying to spoill the deal or discourage lookers, merely expressing very strong doubt that those are Gotti wheels. In the matter of wheels for a 911, I submit that safety, road-worthiness, quality and weight should be first & foremost considerations. I've had genuine ( I know, because I paid full price for them ) Gotti wheels on cars I've owned back in the eighties, and they looked nothing like this.
Caveat Emptor
Don't have a clue about the other set of wheels.
