    windsheild frame seal

ok i am preparing to order a buch a stuff to prepare to put my 68S targa back together, but i cant seems to be able to find a windsheild seal

i have seen on pelican that they have the 70-73 but that the 67-69 is NLA

what is the difference , are they interchangeable , how much visibly different are they , i am planning a top notch resto and would hate to have the wrong seal especially one that is this visible

one more question , this time about the rear sway bar mount , mine were rotted and had to be sacrificed, are the original looking one still around

Stoddards shows them to be the same from 65-89 (911-541-225-03, all cars with metal trim). Using OEM is essential. I've had bad fit with aftermarket to the point where it needed to be replaced. Interesting to see what others say as I am getting ready to install seals with above part number on 66 and 71.

Contact Dan Petchel at Carsinpartsinc in New Jersey. He has had the early seals reprod. I haven't yet had occasion to try one but I suspect he has the real deal.
