    Wanted: '73 RS w/documentation

I'm looking for a 73 RS, nothing but perfect, numbers matching and with all the history. No "stories", just the best possible car.

Yes, I am in the business. Yes I have a buyer. Yes he is well qualified.

Please contact me at 949-697-4499 or NO911NV@aol.com if you have something I should see.

Thank you so much and I hope this post does not offend!

You folks have had a few come through the doors at EC. Isn't anyone willing to sell one of those you could get back? At least then you would know the history of the car.

look for the Carrera RS 2.7 when the site asks for 'zoeken'
Original Brazilian delivered car, restored, every option you can imagine, VIN 1504.

We have had a few to be sure. Just beating the bushes and doing what a good customer asked me to do.

    Thanks for the leads!

    Well...

as long as we're throwing "other dealer's cars" at this...

The car at Fantasy is D. Mohlman's...
I don't know anything about the car at Sloan's
Canepa (canepa.com) HAD Bruce Meyer's car listed for the longest time - but it just went away from their website...it's not on their "sold" list either...prompting me to speculate that perhaps it was a consignment from Meyer and He eventually took the car back - just thinking out loud here.

I don't have any interest in any of the above...etc. etc, yada.

    Good luck Jeff

    cheers
    Thom

No kidding. It really does look pretty much perfect. Kevin does great work.

Frank's car is beautiful, but my customer wants a factory built light weight, not a car converted to be one.

There is not likely to be a lightweight on this planet that hasn't suffered some sort of "shunt". These cars had the living daylights run out of them.

This is akin to looking for a virgin in a cat house.

Ah, I missed the "factory built light weight" specification in your original message. That narrows the field somewhat.

I guess us common folk who can only dream about owning such a car and could never actually write the check for one are easily satisfied, since it's just a fantasy.
