Very nice RS Clone for sale on Ebay, funny story!!

    Hello Guys,

Below is a funny story :
I have spotted a very nice RS clone on Ebay and asked the seller to send me more pictures and some extra details.

Here you go for the very funny answer
Wish it was real !!!!! I'll ten of those please

    Hi
Thank you for your interest in my 1973 Porsche 911 RS. The car is located in Gresham OR 97080. It has all the documents (complete). The reason why I am selling this car is that I was involved in an accident 6 months ago and due to my injuries I will not be able to drive it anymore. I want this transaction to be smooth as I am caught in the middle of some very important events and I don't have much time at my disposal. The car is in perfect condition, no scratches, no special marks, no need for additional repairs what so ever, no leaks, rust free. This is a true RS. Not a clone. Rebuilt motor. The transmission was also rebuilt and the stock 901 tranny shifts as smooth as a hot knife cutting through butter. The stock narrow body panels have been replaced with light weight metal flares and the front end removed and replaced with a light weight fiberglass RS front. With all the body work done and the duck tail added, the car was now given a fresh black paint job, color sanded and buffed to a mirror like finish. The head-liner, dash, RS door panels, carpeting and racing seats along with all other necessary pieces were added. After the interior was finished, the glass was put back in the car (of course a new front windshield and weather striping) was added as well. The wheels and tires and the Fuch wheels were sent in to be restored and polished to a chrome like finish including the center caps and aluminum lug nuts. Bridgestone tires and the wheels were put back on the car. Just 34,700 miles. A great car ready to be yours. It has a clear title.
The price is $8,000 including shipping costs to France. There are no other costs regarding this transaction. Regarding payment I am aware of the eBay's rules and we will use Vehicle Purchase Protection Program which will hold the payment until you receive the car. If you are interested please provide me the following information necessary to make a decision:
    -full name
-any negative feedback and if so .... for what reason .
If I receive the requested information you will be informed by eBay during the next hours with details about your purchase.

    Thank you,
    James Bill

This is a true RS. Not a clone.
Must have had a head injury during his accident.

I wonder if the VIN is 9113601316.

    Hi Guys,

    Here is his reply
Bless him he's got injured in an accident !!

    Hi
The accident was 6 months ago and I was badly injured. I have problems with my hearing and most of the time I have headaches. Now I'm recovering at a clinic in Great Falls MT. I come here every 2 weeks but if the car sells, I will return to Gresham in no more than 48 hours. I can hand it over or arrange delivery to you. This is why we'll work through ebay Vehicle Purchase Protection Program and they will hold the deposit until the purchase is final, and until you test and accept the car. To be able to use this program you need to qualify. I have been approved a while ago and I was very satisfied. So, if you want to move on, I will let them know I've found a potential buyer. If you get approved, you will receive a confirmation from ebay soon.
