    Center Locks

I think the center locks on the GT3RS are dynamite. Reminds me of the Rudge knock-off wheels on 356's. I called Bob Mcarthy at Sunset Porsche in Oregon to see what the scoop is for retro-fitting. He said no kit is available yet but is probably on the way. The prices he quoted:

    $5,016 for 4 wheels
$141 each for locking device (need 4)
$370 each for hub (need 4), front and rear same price

    Fronts are 8.5 x 19, with 53 offset
    Rears are 12 x 19, with either 63 or 48 offset

He said their (discounted) price is $6,320

Anyone else with info., please chime in. I think these wheels are made by BBS?

Don't forget you'll need the special socket as well.

I believe the price for the socket is $500 and I'm not sure if a breaker bar or torque wrench is included.

Hopefully you don't have to carry one of these around in the trunk.
