    On the Verge of Parting Out '68 SWT

    * Omitted that this is a 912! *

    This is the car that I bought from Eric Linden last year. (I can't find the original listing here for some reason, but here's the listing at Pelican at the time.)

    I just don't have the time for another project so I'm thinking about parting it out. The car has been converted to a hard window but I have all of the soft window bits, including hard to get handles and chrome targa bar bottom trim.

    Or I will sell the car for $7,500 without the sport seats and a few odds and ends that I have already removed for my '68 911 SWT project.

    I have a friend who needs a bunch of the parts and I thought I would check and see what the level of interest might be from others before I start selling them off. So let me know if you need any parts. Email is by far the best: john-at-audettecollection-dot-com.

    Cheers,

    I will get back to everyone who responded as soon as possible. I had to put down my 15 year-old Black Lab this morning and I'm moving pretty slow.

    There was a lot of information at Linden's old link - too bad he took it down.

    I've decided to try and sell it as a complete car before parting it out. I would get more money parting it out, but it's worth saving if someone is willing to put in the effort. Listing going up in the For Sale section with information and pictures in a couple of days. $7,500 OBO without the sport seats (I have another set of seats I can put in).
