PPI recommendation in LA area (Ontario)

    Hello,

I consider to buy 993, it looks as I might have the right car on radar. It was serviced in Black Forest in San Diego. Is it good or bad news?
Since it is a bit too far for me to have a look in person, I would like to run independent PPI, can you recommend someone local? It is located in 91761 Ontario, LA area.

    Thanks a lot,
    Martin

Nothing? I am sure there must be several good Porsche shops in around Los Angeles to be recommended for PPI. Does not need to be in Ontario neighbourhood...

    Thanks again,
    Martin

Dave B at TRE is the best choice- tell him Eric W from NY sent you (I was at his shop last week)

Here're the shops I know of in Orange County that I would trust implicitly:
    Scott's Independant
    Hayden Bros.

I think Hergesheimer is also down there, but I have no input on them as I've never dealt with them before. They do have a good reputation, however.

There're a lot of shops in the OC ... Scott's or Hayden Bros. would be my first choice(s).

I'd recommend 911 Design in Montclair (right next to Ontario)...great shop albeit expensive. Another place I've had good experience with is Precision Motion in Riverside, about 15 minutes from Ontario.

Best of luck...I love my 993!

That's right! I forgot about Loren @ 911 Design. Another guy with a good rep.

Thanks for all your hints guys, unfortunately I was too late. Someone local left a deposit before I had a chance to react. I guess I am back on market for nice 993.
