Good luck with it. I saw that car and was interested myself. Looks like a winner.

My sister had a red 968. Nice car. I wonder if that is her old car?

I think with the 25 year mark upon us the 968 values may start tracking upward...grab your example now ;-)

I had originally bought the red '92 968 as a stop gap to keep driving a Porsche while my 911 was apart (hmm still is apart) as the same mileage 964 was not in the budget back then and today that is still some what true. It has worked great and apart from a ruptured clutch hose any other work on the car has been "normal maintenance".

The black '93 was a bought as a non-runner in 2011. Then got a clutch, new brakes and some electrical harness repairs. In 2012 this was my daily use car and was a blast (except for days of heavy traffic...I failed to mention that I installed a GT2 pressure plate with the clutch). Late in 2012, I discovered teeth missing on the camshafts due to worn tensioner pads and discontinued normal use of the car. I am not sure why but 2016 mostly devoted to the 1993 968 (please don't tell my 911). Front suspension was rebuild and now at club sport height. Oil leaks addressed, new water pump, cam replacement, new belts, new windshield and so on. I hope to pile on the miles in 2017.

As you can see the only shortage in my garage is on space...

Some Photos of my 91 S2 Cab It is now in Germany. I sold it to my brother in Ulm and he more than doubled his money on it. (I have to watch him) Car was a treat to drive and so much fun and attention. They are baby 928's if you have not flexed a 928 I recommend that highly. They are drivers
