    regarding the covers (inserts), I wasn't going to include my only spare set, but here are the options. I watched 2 recently closed auctions on ebay, one for a set of winders without covers, one with covers. I'll adjust my pricing to match those. For the 2 winders without covers, the price new price is $157 shipped in the US, the pair with covers sold for $196.50 shipped, so I'll take $195 shipped in the US for the pair with covers.

    Larry, the winders are sold, but I may have a friend that has a pair he wants to sell, I will check with him this weekend and let you know.

    I found one more identical fog light switch going through my parts today, so the fog switch is available, it has the same chrome bezel (or I can swap it with a black plastic bezel), $125 with insured shipping in the US
