    Was going through some old photos...Found this one...Any ideas as to model...Prototype?

    1964 mock-up

    "The first mockup of the "open car, 901" in front of the body shop, June 12 1964". Is the cut line next to this photo in "Porsche 911- Forever young".

    It was a 356 chassis with large bolt rims and a shorter wheel base than the 901.

    It is talked about on pages 151 -153 of the "The Open 911- Hats off" chapter of Tobias Aichele's book "Porsche 911- Forever Young".
