    1970 with aluminum engine grill

I have noticed some cars with the aluminum engine grill over engine lid painted with body color of the car, while others have the portion of the engine lid painted black right below the aluminum grill.

Can some of you with either ones post some pictures?

Need to decide which way to go. Car will be painted Metallic Green as per original COA.

    Thank you

The black background was more correct on early cars around 65-67 maybe some into early 68.
