    Value of a 68 Softie

I am having my car appraised this weekend and have been trying to find what some of these cars have sold for recently (68S Soft Window Targa numbers matching). There is one for sale on a German board for 104k and it seems like there was one on this board that sold for 117k. A rust bucket sold on ebay last year for 36k. Anyone else know of any sales?

    68s swt

If you are having your car appraised for insurance purposes, then insure it for $120 K. Stated value premiums are relatively inexpensive.

You're a very lucky guy to have that car !

If your car is in very nice condition and you are getting a stated value policy then a value of $120k should work for an S softie.

Values are across the board depending on condition with the ceiling being around the $120k area.

I had Hagerty stated value on my 68 912SWT that was damaged in the weather in Scottsdale this year at one of the auctions. They were great on the damage claim.
