    Does anyone know...

Whose car this is? I'm just curious - it looks to be quite nice
No interest or affiliation other than my own idle curiosity...

Can anyone guess at the size wheels/tires are on this car?

    Wheel size

Looks like 15x7 wheels and 225/50/15 tires front and rear.

I think this car was on ebay several moths ago with
    a starting bid of $150k

I heard that the owner thought it was a $200k car.

Very unusual car with some rare, quirky-cool options.

Looks like Truspeed has priced it lot closer to reality.

    Curt,

What do you mean about the leftover '72 rear quarters?

I think he was referring to the bumperettes - 73 had the full rubber bumpers and this has the earlier chrome + rubber bumpers (painted black) which might have been left over parts being used on 73. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the 73.5 CSI cars had the big rubber bumpers.

I think he means the bumper guards are from last years (72) model.

    Ee

The rear bumper guards are from the 1972 build cars. Porsche used the older style guards in the beginning built 1973 cars.

I had a #017 '73S and it came with the 72' style guards...
