    HID headlights

Very recently, I had Dan and Scott install HID headlights on my '70 911.

I was never happy with the H-4's and did not want to spend the $$$$ on the H-1's.

All I have to say is what took me sooo long. A MAJOR improvement in safety, visibility..to see and be seen. This was not just a bulb swap out..harness and relay installed.

I pulled into the garage the other night, same time as my girlfriend. She was in her 2006 Audi A4, with HID's. Mine were brighter and whiter... daylight

    Anyone else tried this?

I do not like the look of most of them.

I like the idea of a multi-LED array better because it replicates the look of the factory lights when viewed through the Fresnel lens.

    Do you have photos?

(By the way, I rarely drive at night)
