    The latest factory manual for the early cars is the best resource, as it has a full section on these with drawings, parts, instructions for dealer retrofit, as well as details on the later version which used a transistorized thermostat.

    After I finish painting my brown car, I think my next project will be restoring one for use in my '69S. When I do it, I will make sure to post an instructional thread, although I am at least 2 months from starting that project.
