Bad motor? Need a rebuilt 78 3.0? Please make an offer!

    Guys,

I bought a wrecked (salvage title) but still driveable 95k mile original 78 Targa last October. It has a rebuilt (15k ago) 3.0, new clutch (2k ago) and a (20k ago) rebuilt 915. I have the work orders for the repairs. The motor cost the former owner 16k to rebuild with the labor. The motor runs perfect. Hit the key and the cold start sequence works perfectly and as the motor warms up falls back to a purr. I had planned to use it as a core to go into a early 69-73 tired car with bad motor. Well other things have come up and I'm tired of looking at pure junk that people want way too much money for IMHO. I also have a 80 Targa shell (clear title) not a roller as all the suspension, 915 and 3.0 were used for another project.

I'm located in Sacramento. Interesting trades considered.........

Please make an offer........need my cash back. I'm not trying to get rich here. All or part or I will sell parts.
