    FS: Really nice 1969 400mm steering wheel

    I've seen some posted for sale here and can honestly say this is up there with the best. It's not leather wrap but it is very clean with only a few minor markings. What you see is what I'm selling,

    Does anyone know if a 67-68 horn ring will work with a 69 steering wheel?

    if you mean the batwing style, it clips on fine but doesn't line up with the spokes. the 420mm wheel has a different spacing on the spokes. see pic with a batwing on a 400mm wheel.

    steering wheel spacing

    Thanks for the info all. So if I have it right, early style bat wing horn ring will pysically fit onto 69-71 steering wheel but spoke spacing will be off (not align). If this is the case, I'll pass on the wheel becuase I need it for 66-67 with bat wing horn rim. Thanks again!
