    Location dash mounting bolts

I have tried to get the structural rigidity back in two early (69?-73) dashboards. So far so good but I noticed that the location of the outer right side mounting bolt is different between the two. I believe the lower pictured dash has the correct spot for the 70-73 cars. So in which, year, type, car would the top dashboard be fitted in? All other dimensions of the dashboards are the same.

    Thanks, Cees
